Refund Policy
REFUNDS
*We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.*
Requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis and at our discretion. If you wish to request a refund you must email us at support@begiftables.com within 7 days of receiving the product and include the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Details explaining why you are requesting a refund
For change of mind returns and all refunds, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to us, plus a 30% restocking fee. If the item is not received by our return facility, then unfortunately we are not able to process refunds. Following the receipt of your item at our return facility, we will inspect the item and notify you as to whether or not the item is approved for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original method of payment. The funds typically take 2-7 business days to process depending on the payment method used and card issuer.

LATE ITEMS
This policy lasts 30 days after delivery. Once 30 days have passed since your item has been delivered we are no longer able to accept returns at this time. Please note, items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance is non-refundable. You will also have to pay for shipping the item back to us.
For delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. COVID-19 delays, shipping facility delays, holiday seasons, natural disasters etc. we won't be able to cancel and refund your order until the parcel has been returned to sender. However, after 30 days, if for some reason your parcel has not been delivered or is lost, we will happily cancel and refund your order.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If you provide the wrong address and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.
Sometimes Returned to Sender packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier. Sometimes they end up lost in transit. In any case in which we do not receive the package back for an order in which the wrong address was submitted, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.
If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders must be canceled strictly within 1 hour of being placed for a full refund to be processed. After this, there is a possibility the order has been dispatched and therefore cannot be canceled / refunded. Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All of our personalized products are made on demand, specifically for each customer at the time the order is placed. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. After which, there is a possibility the personalization process has already begun and, therefore, the order cannot be canceled / refunded.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS
If you require a replacement due to a manufacturing error / damage and can provide proof please contact us within 3 days of the item being delivered. We will gladly replace any damaged item free of charge. After the 3 day period, any damage is deemed to be caused by the customer, and is not considered a manufacturing error. We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
MISSING PACKAGE (IN TRANSIT)
On the rare occasion that your item goes missing or shows up late (i.e. more than 5 weeks have passed), and you purchased package protection, please email us. If it has been lost in transit we will ship you a new one immediately! We pride ourselves on customer service and will reply in a timely fashion to resolve any issues ASAP.
LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGE
Begiftables is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on confirmation email/SMS message and file with local police if you suspect it is in fact stolen. If you purchased package protection, please reach out to our customer support team at support@begiftables.com and we will work with you on getting a replacement.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
Please email us at support@begiftables.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order!
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Begiftables and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team. Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items. All clearance item sales are final.
WARRANTIES
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs Duties, Tax and other foreign charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility, as each country has different Customs Duties and Laws of Taxation.
