HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by items.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days. This includes production time, since most of the products are made to order.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email provided in the order. It may take approximately 7-14 days to deliver.

If your order has not arrived in the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our support team at support@begiftables.com for assistance.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team at the above email address for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all charges and no refund will be issued).

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY AND GUARANTEE

If the order you receive is either defective, or not as described in our listing, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item(s) asap, as long as all relevant items are returned in the original packaging and condition, and your request is made via email within 15 days of the delivery date. 

* Note: Begiftables has the right to refuse return requests that are made past the 15 day time period allowed after the delivery date. *

All return or exchange requests for non-defective items that are received in the original packaging and in new condition, will incur a 30% restocking fee. Upon receiving your request, we will issue you a return label, which you must use when shipping the item(s) back to us. Once the item is received and carefully inspected, we will process your refund, minus a 30% Restocking Fee.

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Details about why you are requesting a return or exchange

* Please note that all requests for returns or exchanges are evaluated on a case by case basis and we have the right to refuse this service at our discretion. *
